We are looking for independent IT recruiters who can support us on a flexible, on-demand basis by sourcing and pre-screening strong technical candidates. This role is fully remote and suited for experienced recruiters who prefer flexible collaboration alongside their existing work.

Scope of work

• Source and identify qualified IT candidates (e.g. Software Developer, BA, QA, DevOps)
• Conduct initial screening calls (motivation, communication, basic fit)
• Share structured candidate profiles and CVs with our HR team
• Coordinate early-stage communication with shortlisted candidates
• Maintain a professional candidate experience
• Our internal team handles technical interviews and final hiring decisions.

Ideal profile

• Experience in IT or tech recruitment
• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, local networks, databases)
• Ability to quickly understand technical role requirements
• Professional communication in English
• Reliable, responsive, and able to work independently
• Based in Brazil or LATAM
