Job Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Engineer to join our remote-first engineering team. In this role, you will work on a large-scale Salesforce ecosystem, building and enhancing solutions that support critical business operations for an international enterprise client.

Your Role

As a Salesforce Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions while working closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver high-quality applications.

You will contribute throughout the software development lifecycle, helping translate business requirements into reliable and scalable Salesforce implementations while following engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications and customizations
• Build scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Platform features
• Develop and integrate REST APIs with internal and external systems
• Customize standard Salesforce functionality to meet business requirements
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to define technical solutions
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and release management
• Use AI tools to support development, troubleshooting, and engineering productivity

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional Salesforce development experience
• English proficiency: minimum B2, ideally C1
• Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs
• Understanding of Salesforce security, data model, automation, and platform best practices
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Salesforce certifications are a strong plus
