Job Description

We are looking for a Design & Prototyping Engineer who can move quickly from a business problem to a usable product concept and working prototype.

This role combines UX, product design and frontend prototyping. It is suited to someone who is comfortable with complex business applications, works independently, and can make good usability decisions without relying on a long design process.

What You Will Do

• Design user flows and interfaces for complex B2B SaaS applications
• Turn business requirements into clear and usable product concepts
• Create and iterate on prototypes quickly
• Design forms, workflows, dashboards, tables and other data-heavy interfaces
• Simplify complex processes and improve existing user journeys
• Work closely with product, engineering and business stakeholders
• Use and extend existing design systems
• Build functional prototypes with HTML/CSS and, where appropriate, React/TypeScript
• Use AI tools as part of your daily design and prototyping workflow
• Refine designs based on feedback and real product constraints

What We Are Looking For

• Proven ability to design and iterate quickly
• Strong UX and product design skills
• Good understanding of usability, interaction design and information architecture
• Experience with complex B2B SaaS or enterprise applications
• Experience in finance, insurance or another complex business domain is a strong advantage
• Strong understanding of design systems and reusable components
• Ability to work with incomplete or changing requirements
• Good HTML and CSS skills
• React and TypeScript knowledge is a strong advantage
• Strong product judgment and an ability to simplify complex workflows
• A portfolio that shows real application design, not mainly marketing websites
• C1 English or higher

AI tools should be a normal part of how you work.

You should be comfortable using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or similar products to speed up research, design exploration, prototyping, frontend work and iteration.

We are interested in how quickly you can get to a strong result, while maintaining good usability and design quality.

What Matters Most

You should be able to take a complex requirement, understand the underlying problem, design a sensible solution and turn it into something people can use and review quickly. The ability to move from requirement to prototype, get feedback and improve it in short cycles is central to this role.
