We’re currently looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer (Golang + React) to join our remote-first development team. Your Role

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer at Radity, you’ll work across the stack with a strong focus on Go-based backend services while also contributing to frontend development using React. You’ll design scalable architectures, collaborate closely with product and design teams, and play an active role in technical decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Go.
• Develop and maintain modern frontend applications using React.
• Contribute to microservices architecture and system design decisions.
• Integrate with external APIs and third-party services.
• Ensure application performance, security, and reliability in production environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different time zones.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve system performance.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken), B2+ level or higher.
• 4+ years of hands-on Go (Golang) backend development experience.
• Strong experience with React and modern frontend development practices.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices architectures, and cloud environments (AWS preferred).
• Solid understanding of application security, networking, and performance optimization.
• Strong ownership mindset and clean code practices.
